Energetic Earth/Heart-8Hz (Healing)

I have added a binaural track called Energetic Earth/Heart-8Hz (30 Minutes) which according to the latest Water Video will heal & purify the water in ones body, it is also said to be the resonance of the heart, which is very close to Earths Frequency. In theory, the more it is used, the purer and more crystalline one becomes, leaving one in meditation feeling very alive, energetic & healing by the second... Please note that you cannot heal water with it, only yourself, then you can go on to healing water with your own clearer more positive thoughts & feelings not to mention that you will become more focussed;-)

I would really recommend the Garden of Eden though as it fills many of the distraction doors the mind would like to go with beautiful healing sounds... Not even words to distract one:-)

One good way of controling this, is to keep One protected.
I have found a very effective way of protection. In the essene gospel of peace book four, the Master said concernig the angel of peace that "where there is no peace,there does satan reign. And the sons/daughters of darkness covet most of all to steal from the sons of light their peace".We therefore need protection from the powers of satan and as you well know satan is a very powerful force in man/woman trying to steal Ones life and peace, with a heap of suffering along the way, and manifesting in a multitude of situations. I have found when faced with negative speech, or any negative situation that maybe arises, that usually would make me panic or lower my vibration, I say to myself," I hold on to my peace and I keep my peace" as a mantra to myself, on the other hand if faced with a good positive situation with good feelings I say " I give you my peace".Give your peace where it is welcome and keep it within you if not welcome. Then I can give understanding wisdom and forgiveness or grace (thankyou for the experience) to the situation. I have found this to be an amazing way of keeping calm and protected in testing moments ;-) with amazing results,
