Fatigue can be caused by mind, diet or both, Living food helps everytime;-) Mind can also heal food by giving thanks for it, if one gives thanks to the Earthly Mother for this food, then one instantly empowers the statement with an Elemental, very healing indeed.
Fibromyalgia may or may not be the result of genetic contamination, there are a lot of new diseases about & noone knows where they came from, hay fever was the 1st I knew of. The closer one looks at the food industry & where this cheap & dangerous grains & by products come from the wierder and more scary it gets.

I know you are wise but I must tell others to be very vigilant about what one puts in ones body, there has been a massive spike in deaths that we're simply not being told of, you may have even noticed it yourself around you, both young & old dying. I look forward to the days when we can eat fresh, blessed & real fruit & vegetables in their abundance. Goodness, Blessings & Long Life be with All.

Dr N, thanks for the Healing Bones mp3. It should help with the arthritis I have. I looked at the list and while doing so it hit me that I am going about this backwards. Both Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue are syndromes that manifest themselves in several ways. Because the fibromyalgia can affect any system, organ or structure (except bone) in the body, it would take a full symphony of tones to treat. Since it affects the connective tissues and muscle most, it should respond to the relaxation tones, which I already got. I believe the fatigue I am going through is a flare up of symptoms, probably due to a recent medication change.

You are spot on about living food. Some of the things I am hearing that these big companies have been doing with food, like genetic manipulation scare me. Sadly the Organic Foods industry has responded to the need for their products with massive price increases. I recall back in the late 70's to early 80's, "natural foods" were the cheapest things on the market. Now only the rich can afford them. I wish I could have a garden where I live. :) I think this all will change as the wave of new consciousness spreads through the "markets".

I would also recommend the Heart/Earth - 8Hz as it re-structures the waters in our bodies to a structure more condusive to healing, it will also help one sleep, although I guess you don't want that, lol. Regardless, it can also do the opposite by re-energizing ones waters and giving one energy, especially doing the full 30 minute meditation, even just lying down with headphones on you can have the sound very low & even sleep to it and have lucid dreams, preferably ones with water rushing down & cleansing you throughout your body, washing all dark energies down & away from you with light filled, energetic, sparkling water into the Earth Mother. I may try that myself, only imagined a stream before. lol

OK, I would just like to say that my mother was on drugs from the Dr & she was having very strange symptoms indeed, with some sounding like yours, I recommended she find alternatives & she stopped taking the tablets, as soon as she stopped taking them she had real nasty side effects, thankfully she went through the withdrawl & is learning about more natural remedies now.

Many people are dropping dead because of the Dr too, I really would not trust them these days as they are given huge sums to test new drugs on us... It is called open testing & for some reason it is now legal (not lawful), someone wants this in place, without even directly notifying the people, they are even offering compensation before these vaccines are giving away & many people seem none the wiser, give thanks, the sleepers will awaken!

I have also found the Essene communions very healing and empowering, they also give the mind more natural things to contemplate and think about, thus keeping us safe from the mundane, what a blessing!
