Moon Bombing Today Was A "Success" According to NASA

After reading this absolutely disgusting news, I have 2 questions:

1- If there are alien bases on the moon, why didn't they intervene as they did in past?

2- If the earth is in quarantine, how could this have happened at all? Have we been misinformed on both counts (alien bases and the quarantine)? Where were the benevolent ET's?

The cost of this destruction could have fed the world's hungry for a year. I can't even begin to spaek about how upset I feel about this event. I really believed it would be stopped in its tracks.

I think it was a procedure they have done in the past, they simply rammed the object into the moon on an 80 degree angle to throw up as much dust as possible, this would not be needed if bombs were on board. My perception was kind of swayed by suggestions of bombing.
I watched the mission & they mentioned nothing about bombing the moon, they mentioned payload (could be anything) the strange thing was it did not shoot in at an 80 degree angle, it clearly slammed directly into it from what I was looking at. The thing is, we know that info from those sources is no longer viable as truth (they have hidden and denied us too much!)
Regardless, it appears that a $58 million hunk of junk was slammed into the moon to see if it resonates for 3 hours like it did on the last 2 slammings. This, "as before" means the moon could well be hollow. As for people living there, there is a possibility that its just us & a few other "less benevolent" ET's offering pathetic trade trinckets like Holographic technology, particle beam weapons. etc... more consumer control freak junk I guess:-/
The Kuiper belt is the quarantine as nothing living from Earth survives beyond this point, the moon is within human parameters in the hope that they may choose peace instead of war & do the right thing when the time comes.

I will let you know that the moon is very sturdy, it underwent a great many bombardments in its time (as you probably know) and still continues to do so because it was designed thathat way. A plan would be for a moonbase inside, to save the few, but this time I do not believe that this will be enough this time, it is the time of the Great White Light & noone is shielded from this universal ascension.
I think the less Benevolent ET's would be more devious than our current leaders and shadows and they know exactly what they want of the human race but even they succumb to the will, Glory & Power of the Gods. We are still being tested, having everything negative thrown at us to see how low we will to really go, many triumph & many more fail, the test is pushed to the limit with hardness but as sons & daughters of the Gods we really can evolve to this level, all it takes is the Angel of Virtue in all things, I give thanks for showing me these things, now may peace be with you.

On a quantum tip: It could be said that the Morph from a neuclear missile into a hunk of junk was merely a pardigm shift caused by the co-creative will of many waters (many peoples)

I would like to know more about that quarantine boundary. You mentioned:

I agree we are being tested but to we must have full confidence that none can avoid the process we are in the midst of and all beings must evolve and are under divine will.
