ADD: All major problems and minor worries
1 dash of resentment
1 cup of anxiety
1 pound apprehension
1 tablespoon procrastination
1 bundle of news
1 tablespoon self-pity

Moisten with tears
Flavour with bitterness
Fold in frustration
Add 1 pinch of pressure
1 ounce jealousy
Blend in dishonesty
Sprinkle with selfishness
Mix in sorrow
Pour in anger
Dump in guilt
Stir vigourously
Ice with despair
Top with blame
Wrap with relief
When all the ingredients are in the box, stamp with DETACHMENT!
